After graduating, he joined Samsung SDI (M), as a Project Engineer in 2006 and he was involved in the process improvement and modifications based on mechanical scopes. This position was inherited from his late father, Tn Syed Abdul Bahari Bin Syed Abdullah Al-Haj, who was also the founder of DMC Group of Companies. Together with his management team, he is now leading the company with his knowledge and experience while continuing his father’s great legacy in the industry.

He joined Land & General Bhd in 1995 as Finance Executive and later become Financial Controller for Dickson Marine Co. Sdn Bhd in 1997. Through his dedication, commitment and hard work he was promoted to his present position as Executive Director for DMC Group of Companies.

Mr Khairal Anuar Bin Hamzah

He joined UMBC 1972 and later was promoted to Audit Officer in 1978 until 1983. In 1984, he then joined Affin Bank Berhad as an Internal Auditor until 1988 and was later promoted to Manager at Port Dickson Branch until 1997. He was then transferred to Main Branch at Kuala lumpur as an Operation Manager until year 2001. Due to his vast experience in the banking as well as in internal auditing field, he joined DMC’s Management Team in December 2003 as a Group Internal Auditor.

Mr Haron Bin Suleiman

Production Site Expert (22 years of experience)

Mr Haron has 22 years experience in the production site while working with Cabot (M) Sdn Bhd as a Production Supervisor. He joined Dickson Marine Co. Sdn Bhd as a Transport Manager and promoted to his present position as the Operations Manager of DMC Group of Companies.  He heads the whole operations comprising the offshore and onshore activities of DMC Group of Companies.

Due to her interest in the business world, she decided to join PD Petroleum Sdn Bhd in 2002 as a scheduler to learn more about company’s business strategy and operation. In the year 2003, she joined DMC’s Management Team as a Human Resource Manager and at the same time handling administrative and purchasing work for the company. Currently, she is the corporate strategist in liaison/public affairs.

Having more than 10 years of experiences in corporate, company secretarial, human resource and administration matters.

He joined Dickson Marine Co. in 1989 as Marketing Assistant. Promoted to Marketing Executive of PD Petroleum S/B in 1998.

Became Senior Marketing Executive in Oct 2000 and later promoted to Branch Manager of DMC Dagangan (East) S/B in Dungun, Terengganu. With his 16 years experience and utmost dedication to his work, the business had grown tremendously until DMC Dagangan (East) S/B operations had to be relocated to Kijal, Kemaman with bigger logistical facilities.
